Patient Education
4 things to DO
- Stay hydrated
- Apply liberal Moisturizer
- Use SPF of 20 or greater when going outside
- Wash pillow cases and make up brushes
4 things NOT to DO
- Do not exfoliate
- Do not use vitamin A or C
- Do not use toner
- Do not scratch or peel
Post Care Instructions
- Avoid washing face for 30 min
- Avoid working out for 30 min
- Avoid toners and retinoids for 1 week pre and post-treatment
- Do not pick at peeling skin
- Frosting of skin surface can last up to 12 hours
- Skin surrounding treated area will be red & sore for 24-48 hrs
- Wash skin as normal, use liberal moisturizer
- Use sunscreen
- Makeup can be applied after
- Most patients require 3-6 treatment for optimum improvement, can be repeated every 2-8 weeks
- Can be combined with tropical retinoids, microneedling, fractional laser treatment, and subcision
