About me
Jazi worked as an accountant and auditor under the Ministry of Finance in Kuwait. In her final year before transitioning to Elephant Group General Trading and Contracting, she served as Chief Auditor, reporting directly to the Prime Minister of Kuwait. She was responsible for overseeing $178 billion in government funds and auditing the Kuwait Investment Authority Fund—one of the world’s largest sovereign wealth funds, managing over $500 billion in assets.
In 2012, Jazi expanded a team of three into a thriving organization of 1,500 individuals, overseeing six subsidiaries under Elephant Group General Trading and Contracting. Notably, these included Protein Box, Media Elephant, Rock Tape MENA + Europe, and Elephant Group Logistics. Under her leadership, the company grew organically from a paid-up capital of €100K in 2012 to €28.6M by 2016. She also developed the four foundational pillars of Elephant Group:
1. Fix a problem and don’t create one in the process.
2. Develop a product and service that stands the test of time.
3. Develop products and services that are extremely commercially viable.
4. Develop products and services that positively impact the community.
